Information you give us

• Payment processors, IT, communications, and professional service providers who act as our processors under contract; and
• Advisors, insurers, or authorities in connection with legal claims, or a business sale or reorganization.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

We are based in the United States, and the carriers, airports, and authorities involved in your trip may be located in many countries. This means your personal information — including passenger data — will be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws.

Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), or another lawful transfer mechanism.
