Working with Always Charter.
Everything you can expect when you charter with us — how we work, how on-demand charter actually functions, and the questions we're asked most.
A consultative partner, not a call centre.
From your first charter to your fiftieth, a single dedicated advisor partners with you across the whole journey — learning how you travel and building every trip around it.
Because we're independent, we hold no aircraft of our own. Our only job is to represent your interests in a large and fragmented market — sourcing the right option, negotiating a fair price, and managing the detail from first enquiry to final landing.

The market, in plain terms.
On-demand charter is the most flexible way to fly private — no capital, no commitment, a different aircraft for every mission. Here's what sits behind it.
Who owns the aircraft
Not us. The world's charter aircraft are owned by private individuals, companies and management firms, who make them available through certified air operators. Always Charter draws on that entire pool — never a single fleet.
How aircraft are matched to your trip
The market is large and fragmented, which makes booking a single trip well genuinely hard. Our role is to find the right aircraft using long-standing operator relationships and industry tools — vetting each option for safety, suitability and value before it reaches you.
How safety is assured
The open charter market is only lightly regulated for safety, so independent vetting matters. We work to ARGUS and Wyvern standards and run a trip-specific check on the exact aircraft, crew and operator before every departure.
When to book
Most flights can be arranged with as little as a few hours' notice, subject to aircraft and crew availability. For peak periods and major holidays, aircraft book quickly — reach out around 30 days ahead to secure the best options.
Good to know before you fly.
Does Always Charter own and operate the aircraft?+
No. We are an independent charter brokerage. Every flight is operated by a third-party, fully licensed and certified air operator that holds operational control of the flight. Our role is to source, compare and manage the right option on your behalf.
Where do you fly?+
Worldwide. Through our operator network we can arrange flights to and from virtually any airport served by private aircraft, from major hubs to short regional airfields.
How far in advance should I book?+
Many trips can be arranged with just a few hours' notice. For peak travel periods and major holidays we recommend around 30 days' notice, as aircraft availability tightens quickly.
Do I need a membership to book a flight?+
No. You can charter on demand, trip by trip, with no membership and no capital commitment.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
We accept bank transfer and major payment methods. Your advisor will confirm the available options and details for each booking.
Do I pay for the flight in advance?+
Yes. Charter flights are confirmed once payment is received, in advance of departure. Your advisor will walk you through the timeline for each trip.
Where do I go at the airport?+
You'll depart from a private terminal (FBO) rather than the main commercial terminal, typically arriving just 15–20 minutes before departure. Your advisor sends full arrival details for every trip.
Are pets allowed on board?+
In most cases, yes. Let your advisor know in advance so we can confirm with the operator and plan the cabin accordingly.
How much luggage can I bring?+
It depends on the aircraft and passenger count. We'll confirm the baggage capacity of your specific aircraft when planning the trip, including any special items such as skis or golf clubs.
Is catering included?+
Catering is arranged to your preferences. Light refreshments are often included, and bespoke catering can be added to any flight on request.
What happens if the aircraft has a mechanical issue?+
If a technical issue arises, we work immediately to source a comparable replacement aircraft and keep your trip on schedule — keeping you informed at every step.
